The ACCC has increased its focus on enforcing the Hort Code in future months, with the maximum penalty for breaches being in the tens of thousands of dollars. As part of Freshmark's service, members can upload their Terms of Trade so as to comply with the Hort Code stipulation of having Terms of Trade available to the public.
Terms of Trade
Freshmark has taken the lead in protecting our members by supporting them through the legal requirements of the ACCC’s Horticultural Code of Conduct through the provision of a digital platform of presenting publicly our members’ Terms of Trade.
