The Avolution, a major Australian avocado producer is expecting some of the biggest crops that the country has ever produced in 2021, which will lead to more opportunities from the perspective of export and expanding domestic sales. The weather has been surprisingly good across the growing regions, so size and volume are up.  Price has been something that has been a factor in the past 10 years in getting new customers into the mix, so when supply is abundant, they have the opportunity to get more consumers into the product as well.
