Who is Netfresh?
Freshmark responded to members greatest pain point, not having strong cash flow throughout their business. We then sought a business partner, NetFresh, a specialist app developer, to come up with a business solution to overcome cash flow barriers. Fresha PAY was born.
NetFresh was selected due to the teams’ extensive experience in fresh produce, wholesaling, exporting and grocery.
NetFresh has key relationships with financial institutions, such as PayPal and HospoPay and meets all regulatory and legislative requirements, including the Australian Horticulture Code of Conduct.

- The Seller App is designed for traders at Sydney Markets, such as wholesalers, exporters, warehouse operators and providores. To download the Seller App, click here.
- The Buyer App is designed for customers of Sydney Markets, such as independent greengrocers, supermarkets, and restaurants. To download the Buyer’s App, click here.
- When you come on board, you will have the ability to invite all of your buyers to your network via the NetFresh platform.
- We will provide them with training and support to allow them to adopt and implement NetFresh into their trading practices.
- The NetFresh platform uses the same sophisticated data encryption as is used by Australian banks.
- Your personal data is secure and you can read more about how your data is stored and used in our Privacy Policy.
- Fresha PAY can be used from any phone (apple or android), tablet or web browser (PC or mac).
- The downloading of the Fresha PAY is free (i.e, no subscription fees).
- You can stop at anytime.
- A small fee is applied when transactions are made.
- As a buyer, you have 28 days to pay for the goods purchased.
- Sellers are gauranteed to receive their funds on the same Friday of the same trading week.
